國（境）外文教專家2016年度系列講座四：意大利Elena Fasoli博士系列講座
一、報告人簡介
Elena Fasoli博士是歐洲環境法界的著名專家，她在倫敦瑪麗女王大學和博洛尼亞大學有著多年的教學經驗，在多個機構和組織擔任成員和律師。
現任倫敦瑪麗女王大學研究員、教員，兼任聯合國歐洲經濟委員會《奧爾胡斯公約》執行委員會成員，曾任意大利環保部外部顧問，歐盟DG公平與環境組織外部顧問，博洛尼亞大學高級研究員，聯合國歐洲經濟委員會外部顧問，歐洲投資銀行外部顧問。
教育背景：
國際法博士（米蘭大學，2009年）
法學學士、法學碩士（維羅納大學，2005年）
