國(guó)（境）外文教專家2016年度系列講座四：意大利Elena Fasoli博士系列講座
一、報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介
Elena Fasoli博士是歐洲環(huán)境法界的著名專家，她在倫敦瑪麗女王大學(xué)和博洛尼亞大學(xué)有著多年的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在多個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)和組織擔(dān)任成員和律師。
現(xiàn)任倫敦瑪麗女王大學(xué)研究員、教員，兼任聯(lián)合國(guó)歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)委員會(huì)《奧爾胡斯公約》執(zhí)行委員會(huì)成員，曾任意大利環(huán)保部外部顧問(wèn)，歐盟DG公平與環(huán)境組織外部顧問(wèn)，博洛尼亞大學(xué)高級(jí)研究員，聯(lián)合國(guó)歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)委員會(huì)外部顧問(wèn)，歐洲投資銀行外部顧問(wèn)。
教育背景：
國(guó)際法博士（米蘭大學(xué)，2009年）
法學(xué)學(xué)士、法學(xué)碩士（維羅納大學(xué)，2005年）
